NCOF livestock are organically fed and cared for by our farmers and the children in our educational programs.
All of NCOF's livestock are professionally processed at local, certified facilities, and mostly sold "fresh-frozen" except a few days a year by pre-order. Watch for those dates in our e-newsletter, website, and on social media.
Due to the size of our farm, our flocks and herds are of limited quantity. Therefore, our meat stock fluctuates per product throughout the year.
Meat pick up takes place on
Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays 1:30-4:00 pm
and Fridays 9:30 am-1:30 pm

Please Note: The meat store is undergoing a remodel. Some cuts you can now purchase outright online by weight! For others, you will have select your product, add it to your cart, and check out. Your purchase will say "free." We will then weigh your order and invoice you for it via Paypal. Orders must be paid for before or when they are picked up.
