Small and tender cut perfect for grilling or panfrying.  Versatile, delicious, and simple. 1 lb of chops will give you anywhere from 4-6 small chops. 

You might recieve sirloin chops, arm chops, or shoulder chops. All come bone in. If you have particular preference please add a comment on your order and we will do our best to accomodate.
