A Large Box Will Include at least

• 2 lbs of ground beef
• 2 steaks (Tenderloin, Ribeye, Strip, Chuckeye, Skirt, or Flank)
• Farmer's choice items (Steaks, Short Rib, Shanks, Stew beef, or Ribs)

Our Beef is Sourced from Rocca Di Cambio Farms, started by an apprentice from NCOF we are very excited to support him and his farm of grass fed black angus cows. They follow the same ethics and principles as NCOF, 

• Pasture Raised on sprawling vermont pastures.
• Humanely raised
• Raised on-site in social groups. Never crated, caged, or isolated.
• Never given anything but free range grass or hay.
• Slaughtered at USDA certified humane slaughterhouse.
• Free of artificial nitrates/nitrites, preservatives, or any additives. 
• Vaccumed sealed and frozen according to USDA standards.
