Based on inventory a box might also include 

• A Small Roast, Riblets, Kabobs, and/or Shanks

All Meat is

• Pasture Raised in our large certified-organic pastures.
• Humanely raised in the public eye.
• Born and raised on-site in social groups. Never crated, caged, or isolated.
• Slaughtered at our USDA certified humane slaughterhouse.
• Free of artificial nitrates/nitrites, preservatives, or any additives. 
• Vaccumed sealed and frozen according to USDA standards.
