Winter 2025 Meat CSA

Primarily Chicken and Pork with some beef and optional rabbit and goat.


This CSA will host a diverse array of meat. Diverse in both Cut and Variety. If you or your family have dietary restrictions regarding chicken, beef, pork, lamb, or goat- please add this information to your order. If it is 'preference' and not a restriction, please also include this. 

 

When putting together the CSA each week we try to be very mindful of which cuts we are including. Striving to pack 'simple', well known cuts. As well as including a smaller percentage of 'challenging', lesser known cuts and meat varieties. 

 

3 Months of Meat: January, February, March 

6 pickups will place every other week, during the weeks of 

Jan 6-10
Jan 20 -25
Feb 3 - 7
Feb 17-21
Mar 3-7
Mar 17-21

 

This years Winter Meat CSA will feature pastured, humanely raised beef, pork, lamb, goat, and chicken 

 

  • All meat will be "fresh-frozen," since it comes back that way from our local USDA-certified butchers. (Please bring a cooler to pick up.)
  • As with any CSA, all share contents will be selected at the Farmers' discretion. We cannot guarantee share contents, however we can ball park, this is the expected breakdown of available based on our upcoming processing dates.
