Mint 'Licorice'

Sweet, complex flavor is ideal in Korean-style dishes, as well as salads and teas. Flowers are also edible, providing food for pollinators or beautiful additions to bouquets (they also hold their color when dried).  Unlike other mint varieties, Licorice mint will grow in a clump, creating a small shrub-like plant over the years.
